Thanks for all the kind words. They do not fall on deft ears. LOL. I was trying to have this build finished for the model show at Good Guys, but it won't happen. Over the last week I have only had about 3 hours build time. Yesterday morning Sue's sister passed away so I'll be staying in town for the weekend. Thanks for looking in. I willl update when I have enough done to make it worth while.

Man it's been almost a month since I updated this. I didn't know it had been that long. Thanks to everyone that has been following along. The comments and input always make it more fun. The first thing I found out was my craft wire window frame idea, sucked. After getting the body and paint done (except for final cleaning) I decided to put the glass in it. The many layers of the candy paint had other ideas. I found out that now the glass stuck out side the body. By pure dumb luck I didn't have to do anything to fix it. By putting the frame work in and painting it body color. It had the effect of cutting the thickness of the resin body in half. So by putting the glass inside the body it looked right. I felt good about that. It could have been a project killer. Then moved on to the interior. I cut and fitted all the cage bars. They are painted Orr Lac Cast Iron Paint but it looks blue on line. So I epoxied this much in. Also did the pedals and gages at the same time. I needed to put the seat in at this point. I will be using the Pro Tech PTMC 17 5 point harness PE set. Decided to do the interior high lights in red to match the engine bay. So it looks like this now. I wanted to have some type of regulator for the NOS system. I went over to "Butcher Bob's" and he donated the little regulator's to me. They look like they came off a welding bottle. I decided to go with the blue one. After some work it looks like this. I used the control boxes from the Christine donor kit. They were chrome so I painted them with Dulpi-color Red Anodize paint. So that's where it's at. Really it is almost done. (Gray haired fat guy does back flip of joy and nails the landing) Once the seat in in place it's wire the boxes and radio, finish the NOS and fuel lines then touch up the build and clean things up. Thanks for looking in. It's supposed to rain here for 3 days so I will have an update soon.

Buck, one thing is certain for as much trouble as this has given you it would have been real easy to have thrown it back in the box and forgotten it. I have no doubt that this build will be a winner when it's completed. It's been very cool to watch your progress, thank you for sharing with us.

I just wanted everyone to know I haven't given up on this build. My computer is down and I have to borrow the wifes laptop to check in. If things go right I will be up and running again by this weekend.

I know I sound like a whiney Boo Baby but I am back this time for sure. I Had computer problems, then problems with the new one, then photo problems. While all this was going on I had vision problems. Couldn't hardly see anything. I was a smoker for over 40 years. The doctor had me try Spiriva. Man when the TV commerical says it may effect your vision believe it. So now I am back to normal. I will be updateing soon. Thanks for understanding.
