This is going to a cool project Brizio. Are you going to scratch the body also? I was wondering what scale you're going to build it in?

Hey Gary, yes I will scratch build also the body and chassis... The scale is my favorite, the 1/24. I will not build the truck on the picture, I posted that photo, only for show the cab, I have not decide yet about the body. I have only an idea in my mind, and if I want put my idea in reality, I need to wait some reference material from Italy... ;D Hopeful I will build the one I have in mind, because it is part of my youth, and me and my brother played on it a lot! So for now I will build the cab, that I think It is the difficult part of it, the rest will depend if I receive the reference material or not...

Thanks! About the color, it depend on what kind of truck I will make. For now I have no idea, I'm concentrate or at least I'm try to build the cab. When it is done, who knows when, I will think a the rest. I'm also thinking to cast the cab, because there is no kit about this truck, and It is a pretty famous truck, plus the cab will works in different trucks... Will see...

I don't promise nothing about the cast, I never made a mold on a piece of paper... So I don't know if it works or not. I probably need to try on a small piece of paper first. If it works, I will be very glad to give you a cab.

Thank you guys! I didn't make any progress lately, I'm kind of sad/disappointed, because I order some wheels and tire for this truck from a kind of famous truck resin website. And I got the tires. First of all, there is a big space between the wheels and the inside of the tire. I was kind of disappointed, after seen that so I contact the seller, he told me to fill up the space with plasticard. And if I'm not happy with them, he told me to send them back for a refund. Think that I paid almost $30 for 4 tires and wheels. But any way, I did fill up the space on all 4 tires, and it came out pretty good. But I notice that the tread on the tire is not flat... So I decide to trash all the tires... Was not worth for me to spend other money for ship the tires back, next time I will buy a whole kit for the same money o little more, at least I have a great product to work with. Here you can see the space. Here the tread, this is one of the best tire. If I sand it, I will not have any trad left.

That's a drag about the tires. Can you save the wheels some how? They look pretty good.

That is a BUMMER to hear..Brizio. I'd be HIGHLY P.O.ed..(which you probably are). Did the tires slip on and off of the wheels? If you want to safe those wheels...maybe we can come up with a single truck tire that we can make a mold of and use them on those wheels? I've been known to make a wheel and tire combo or two...LOL..let me know..

Thank you Gary for the offer but I already bought a whole kit that has this wheels and tires. Also because I trash the wheels too. Yes the tires slip on and off the wheels, the distance between the rims and tires was 2mm!!!

Just finish the dashboard, It was kind of tricky to make, due to the different curvature. Also made the bottom part of the dashboard, and the "hood", because this truck doesn't flip the cab, if you need to work on the motor, but you have a kind of hood on the inside.
