Here's what I did with the convertible top. I used a sandwich baggie for the rear window to add realism to it.

And that catches us up! So now I'll continue to add to this as we go.

I do not enjoy doing body work! But it looks like I've got my work cut out for me!

It's going to be a gunmetal gray color. I was hoping this week was going to be a little more calm so I could get this knocked out but so far....LOL

That color sounds Great. I hear ya on the weather. It's worse on the coast. I lived in Grayland Wa.(straight up the coast from you) and I have a Love/Hate thing with the coast.

Well, I thought I'd take a break from the bodywork (that's not going so great--lol) and tackle something else. I decided to make my muffler for the car. I got some of this solid plastic rectangular rod from somewhere a few years back and it just so happened to be the right general shape I was looking for so I got started. I cut it to the length I wanted and then drilled two holes in it. These two holes will be for the outlet side of the muffler and where the two exits in the above picture will fit into. I then added some .040 styrene to my muffler to add some thickness and also to give the exits something to bottom out to when they're installed. I used a second piece of .040 styrene and drilled four holes into that piece. This will be the inlet side. Even though the engine has six cylinders, it has four exhaust outlets. So the header that I will be building from solder will then tie directly into this muffler. All glued together and primered I rounded the corners so it wasn't so blocky and then painted it silver

And here it is sitting in place so you can see where it'll sit. And just in case you forgot, here's how the outlets will look.
