Dave, I thought I would show you and anybody else looking what I've done with the resin Opel that you recently sent to me. I went ahead and changed out the rear tires from the treaded pro street ones to some all out racing slicks. As well, I went ahead and made a longer set of wheelie bars (modern style) using styrene rod and brass rod. Next was to come up with a suitable paint scheme and I based the colors on a Slixx decal sheet that I had available. The colors are Testors Grabber Blue and Testors Arctic Blue Metallic.

It looks like you've made more progress on it in a couple of months then I did in the 13 years that I had it.
FaBrizio, the body is from Cheeze-Cast. They were a resin caster back in the '90s. they were out of business by 2000. Which is to bad as they had several different types of bodies, not just drag but road racing etc.
