Thought I'd share a build I just started yesterday. The plan is to take a Glue Bomb 41 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet and turn it into a Custom Coupe. These are hard to find, thus the glue bomb. I'll be using one of Jimmy Flintstones 40 Ford Coupe chopped top bodies for the donor.

Thanks Gary, but I can't take credit for the idea. I saw someone else working on a 41 and thought it was time to pull mine out and start some body work. Next I cut the rear section, windshield and fenders to start getting the fit.

They are great inspiration. Made a template out of cardboard and traced it onto some Sheet styrene, then glued it into place. Will have to build up a few layers, because of the body contours.

Thanks Gary. Worked on locking the 2 body halves together today with Loctite Epoxy.

Hey Bruce...how's the progress on this bad boy? I sure like what you're doing with this bad boy. Have you decided on a body color as of yet?

So far, just sanded down the epoxy seams and contours. More interested in getting a primer coat on to check the seams. Haven't thought ahead that far as to a color. The weather hasn't been cooperating here lately, but thanks for asking. I also have this one posted on the WORX.
