Time to start this kit. It is a Heller Citroen Mehari in 1/24. The real car had the body molded in plastic, so I need to say that is pretty accurate! The kit contains different parts that don't need to be use for this model, they are from the Citroen 2CV.

I think they are still in business. The chassis Turning front wheels. Is one thing I like to add on models. The bottom of the chassis. Te rear shocks are too short, or all the suspension system is too short... I guess I will redo the suspension.

That's a different suspension than I'm used to.

Me too Bruce. All though I've seen similar setups in super modifieds but not in street cars. But that don't mean nothing...right. Great work Brizio. It's sure a pleasure watching your builds come together.

The suspension are weird, but they give a very comfortable ride. Citroen, in Europe was known for have comfortable ride back then. Here a clip on how it works. I added to the chassis the frame that will hold the body. Is not completed yet.

Wow...that's pretty KOOL Brizio. Thanks for the working Graphic. I rode in a few Citrons when I was stationed in Germany. They did ride pretty good.

I never rode/drove a Citroen, but a family friend had a 2CV and he said that it is almost impossible to roll over it, because of the suspension...

The gas tank. Gas tank on the chassis and chassis almost done. Gast tank filler is molded on the body need to be redone, so it looks more realistic. Gast tank filler removed...
