Time for a new project... Code Name "Bob Fault"... Roberto C aka Bob, is a friend of mine from Italy, and he build great military subject above all in 1/48 scale. Watching his models, I start to want to build one myself, so he kind of challenged me... I have this Fiat kit, that I think should be a good fast project to do.This is one new kit that came out few years ago, made by Italeri in 1/35. Pretty nice kit, but there are a lot of flash, more that a common kit in 1/24. The box... The back of the box with the four option this car can be built. Chassis with suspension attached. The instruction says to glue the 5 body panel pieces on the floor pan, but I think is better glue all them together.

Thank you guys for the support. I'm going to build it little different, I had an idea last year when I was playing with this kit on top of the Atlantic Ocean, will see if this idea can be materialized... @gary, I'm thinking to do build a Italian version of this car, the A or B on the back of the box, one used in North Africa, and the other in the East Europe. Although I like the C and D camo paint, but these two version were used by Germans. Cut the body in pieces... On the airplane...

Test fitting some parts on the chassis. The bottom with exhaust bracket. Rear tires. Drilled some holes like in the 1/1 car.

WOW...this looks like it's going to sit pretty high. Are you going with the cartoon idea or are you just kidding around? The fabrication you're doing is up to your standards.

Is sitting high so it will have more clearance from the ground, they used this car also in off road... No kidding, the idea is to have a cartoonish car. I will change the title of the post, so is more official. Thanks! Meanwhile some progress... The 4cyl engine... Air filter. Exhaust...
