That's a good start Bruce.... I'm glad that 57 build had a good influence on you. I hope you don't have the interior issues with your kit as I have had with the one I used ( AMT PROSHOP KIT).What kit did those seats and side panels come out of? I really like them.

You're welcome. Hope to make a mild Custom out of this one, with maybe a flame paint job.

Well, it's almost been 2 years and this one is back on the bench. Going to use some Keystone wheels with red line tires, Parts Pak chromed 283 Chevy engine and maybe a Blue Print Custom grille. For paint, trying Model Master Honduras Maroon and maybe some flames.

No. It's going to be a Maroon base coat with Flames on the front and sides.

These aren't really very good shots, but worked on the piping and chrome interior parts today.

Man Bruce...the piping on the seats look GREAT. Did you use foil for the front grill?

No. The grill is out of the Parts Pak Custom and engine set. Did foil the lower part of the front seat though./font]

Managed to get some paint time in. Next will be to mask the flames and shoot the second color.
