Just recently started this project and thought I'd share it here. Using the 57 Ford Sedan Fireball kit.
This car caught my eye. Had a Drag City tear drop hood. Started the 3 inch chop. Hogged out the rear wheel wells. Will use these wheels and tires. Plan to keep the interior simple, light and fast.

Man...that's for sure Dave. This is really a cool looking build Bruce. Are you going to the Model Fest Show at the end of the month? If so...it would be cool to see this there that's for sure.

I'd love to bring it down there, but I'm on SS and Obama care now. Won't be able to afford it.

Gary, I bought it off of Joe, who makes custom engines, to help him out. You can check out his builds on this forum. kitbashkorner.myfastforum.org/about29.html He does great work, but I know you do all your own. Just put this one in there to save time, because it fits and looks great. I could never enter this build in a competition.

Will do Gary! Made a little progress. Made a cowl out of a 55 hood scoop for the velocity stacks.
Finished the chassis.
