Believe it or not it's time to start building the the event calendar for 2014.

October 4th "Show off the Good Stuff" 20, Moscow Moose Lodge, Moscow, Idaho

November 1st - Oregon Society of Scale Modelers (OSSM) Show & Swap Meet, Denny's Conference Center, Clackamas, Oregon

December 13th - Kit Collector/Swap Meet and Show, Thurston Grange, Springfield, Oregon

Bruce, I checked their site, so far no information has been posted regarding the show. If it ends up being the usual last Sunday in February it will be on the 23rd. As soon as I have a confirmed date I'll add it to the list.

Still no news on the 2014 Performance Modeling Club show

Hey Dave. Long time no visit here for me. I was wondering if you could list some info. on the NNL in March. What is the theme for next years show? It's looking like I may be able to make the trip out there next year during that time.

Wayne, good to hear from you Brother. The theme for the Model Fest for 2014 is Mustangs, seeing how it's the 50th Anniversary of the introduction of the Ford Mustang. The 4th Annual Iconic Challenge Build is "Where were you in '62" in honor of the 40th Anniversary of the release of American Graffiti. Better know as build would have been your idea of the perfect Boulevard Cruiser for the Summer of 1962. Obviously, nothing newer then 1962 will be allowed in the Iconic Challenge.

Added several dates to the calendar today, lots more to come.

I have emails out to those who produced events last year that we haven't seen a date for shows in 2014.

Above all else, support the local shows, because if we don't support them there's a chance they could go away forever.

Buck, the 2014 Model Fest is indeed on for March 29th at the Holiday Inn Portland Airport. Things have been worked out with the venue and the paperwork is signed.

Added 4 new shows to the calendar tonight. The IPMS Seattle Spring Show and Lane Auto Modelers Spring Classic Show are both on Saturday April 12th which is unfortunate especially with all the information available.
Also note that the OHMS show on September 20th is a tentative date and location as the Evergreen Air and Space Museum is tied up with the current financial situation of Evergreen Airlines.
As of this evening there is no news of IPMS Pearson hosting a show in Vancouver during 2014. As always, if this should change I'll post the info as soon as possible.

As of Monday December 30th we already have 15 shows in the PNW as well as the IPMS National Convention. It's going to be yet another busy year.

Added 2 new events to the calendar this evening, Model Car Sunday 25 at the Puyallup Elks Lodge and Show off the Good Stuff 20 at the Moscow Moose Lodge. There are still shows that I don't have the dates for, I'll post them as soon as I get conformation of the dates.

Note that the "Tentative" has been removed from the OHMS show September 20th, the show is on as of this date and time but still may be cancelled due to the on going financial problems with Evergreen Aviation. I'll keep you posted if I should hear of any pending change.

Please note that the date for the BilletProof show has been changed to Saturday June 28th. This is a last minute change due to a scheduling conflict with the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis. This of course creates a scheduling conflict for us in the PNW as this is also the date for the North Olympia Peninsula show at the Fairgrounds in Bremerton.
