One of my FAVORITE things I've built........started as an "experiment" to see HOW LONG it would take to scratch-build a model by only putting on "one part per day"....... After about the first FOUR MONTHS of only "doing one part a day", I L-O-S-T-----I-T--!!!!!!!!! And started BUILDING AWAY!!!! LOL!!!!!!! ................................................... ................................................... "Under the skin"........... 481 inch Big-Block Chevy, Cross-over headers, wired, plumbed, etc.......... ......................................................... DJ

Maaaannn...Now that's a short track dirt car. Great Detail under the hood DJ. That color on the body is ALMOST the same color that Big Hands Bob used on his 70-71 Camaro ( I pitted with) up here at Grays Harbor Speedway( ELMA) in the mid 90's. I think I might have talked with you about him. He couldn't keep the car from spinning out in between 1 and 2. I teased him about the color was probably the reason he couldn't keep it from spinning....LOL It actually looked pretty good on the dirt track..

That's for sure!! Bob was a pretty good sized man. He was about 6' and stocky. He Wrestled in High school and College and being a Capt. on a Shrimp/Dragger boat....(those Crab pots weigh a little over 100lbs ea.) he stayed in good physical shape. Soooo... NO body would say too much about the color on the car...LOL...Except his Girl friend...and Me! LOL Of course...
